For the fastest way to request your reimbursement, upload a picture of your invoice to “MyBlue.” If you don’t have the app, download it from the BCBSMA website.
Plan Documents refers to policies and certificates for Boston Children’s benefits that cannot be posted to an external website. These are posted on Hub 2.0. This page also includes forms (i.e. application forms, beneficiary forms, and other forms) you may need to take action on certain benefit programs. Click here for your Plan Documents and Forms.
